This week at John's Kitchen was mainly a catch-up session. Since John's Kitchen hadn't been attended for several weeks, we used that time to catch up with one another. Although, some interesting and delicous dishes were made!
I made a very simple but delicious Halibut Soup.
John made a Beer can, Grill Roasted Whole Chicken
And Reagan made a Mesclun Green Salad. Lemon, Honey and Red Wine Vinegar Vinaigrette with Fresh Fruits, Toasted Pecan and Herbed Goat Cheese. Topped with a Seared Halibut fillet.
